FAQ
How do you recommend caring for your pieces?
All my pieces are made by hand and using pure wool. Unless you stained them, you won't need to wash them often, maybe at the end of the season. Wash by hand using only cold or tap water. Do not wring or put it in the dryer. You can squeeze them with a towel, by rolling them tight to get all the water out. Dry flat, if possible not in direct sunlight.
How do you care for the pieces made out of cotton?
I would give them the same treatment as the woolen ones. Wash by hand using cold or tap water. Do not wring or put it in the dryer. You can squeeze them with a towel, by rolling them tight to get all the water out. Dry flat, if possible not in direct sunlight.
Do you accept returns?
I do not accept returns or cancelations. I could exchange the piece for something the same value or more, only if it has not been used.
What if the product is damaged?
In that case, contact me to see what I can do. I do not take responsibility for damages occurred while shipping.
How long does it take for you to ship what I ordered?
If the piece is in stock, I usually ship it as soon as I am able to process the order. Between one to three days after it was ordered. I will notify you when it shipped.
How long does it take to ship a customized order?
If you choose yarn that I have ready to use, and the piece is relatively simple, it would take me a week to ten days to make it and to ship it. I will keep you informed about the whole process, so you know what to expect.
What kind of materials do you use?
I use 99% of the time pure wool, either Merino or Corriedale. Some of my pieces are done with fiber hand spun, hand dyed and handwoven completely by myself. In other cases I just do the weaving part.
Do you work with acrylic yarns?
It wouldn't be my choice, although I've done a few (less than 5) pieces with yarn that has some acrylic content. If I use that kind of yarn, I try to choose those that have a big percentage of wool, more than 80% at least.
